CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW CRUNCH 
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. marshmallows (about 30)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. Rice Crispies

Heat butter and marshmellows in double boiler until melted. Stir to blend, add vanilla and chocolate. Put Rice Krispies into buttered bowl. Slowly pour marshmallow mixture on it, toss lightly with fork.

Press into buttered 10 by 10 by 2 pan. Chill. Cut into squares.
