CRISCO PIE CRUST 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. cold water

Put Crisco in mixing bowl. Mix flour and salt then add to Crisco. I use mixer on low to medium speed to cut the Crisco and flour mixture together until it looks grainy. Then add water and mix with a fork until it sticks together in a ball. Roll out half of dough for bottom crust and the other for top. The less you handle the more tender and flaky.
