MOM'S ICE CREAM RECIPE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 cans evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. salt
4 eggs
1-2 tbsp. vanilla (to taste)
Milk to top of freezer

Pour ingredients in one large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour in ice cream freezer, 5 quart can. Add milk to the top line. Mix a little. Put paddle in and load ice cream freezer.
