SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. lean pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tbsp. oil
1 3/4 c. water
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (6 oz.) frozen grape drink, concentrate
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, undrained
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp. sherry (opt.)

In large skillet, brown pork in oil. Add water, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic. Cover and cook over low heat until meat is tender, about 45 minutes. Add frozen Welchade grape drink concentrate, vinegar and sugar. Stir in cornstarch. Bring to boil, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve over cooked rice. Makes 6 servings.
