1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies (grind in blender)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz. ea.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar until blended. Add pudding and milk and beat on low until thick. Stir in Cool Whip by hand. Layer with cookie crumbs in 8-inch flower pot. Top with gummy worms.
