STRAWBERRY NUT LOAF 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or allspice
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Then fold next 3 ingredients together, just enough to moisten. Spoon into 2 well greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool on rack.
