STUFFED SALAMI ROLLS 
12 large white mushrooms
1 c. spicy tomato sauce
1/2 c. pepperoni, minced
1/2 c. salami, minced
1 c. Gruyere or Mozzarella cheese-grated

Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushrooms, cap side down, on a cookie sheet. Spoon a bit of sauce in cavity. Alternate layers of pepperoni and salami on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted. Serve at once.

Serves 6 (2 mushrooms per person).
