CURRIED APPLE RELISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can (2 1/2 c.) pie sliced apples, drained

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in sugar and curry. Add apples; toss to coat. Cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until apples are heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve with meat or poultry. Serves 6 to 8.
