DADDY'S HASH | |
1 lb. hamburg 1 sm. chopped onion 1/2 green pepper, chopped 4 med. potatoes, cubed sm. Salt and pepper to taste 6 eggs 1/4 c. milk Brown hamburg - onion and green pepper in large frying pan or electric skillet. Drain fat. Set aside. Fry in bacon fat cubed potatoes, salt and pepper until done. Separate pan from meat. Drain fat. Combine meat and potatoes in skillet. Beat eggs and milk. Add eggs to meat and potatoes. Cook until done but not dry. Serves 4-6. |
