3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients in frying pan. Stir constantly on medium heat. Cook until mixture comes to hard rolling boil, cook 1 minute at hard rolling boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla, stir well. Pour over ice cream while hot. Also can be used as frosting, pour over cake while hot.
