CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 (16 oz.) cans corn, well drained
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, cornstarch, vanilla and milk. Mix well, then add corn and butter. Bake at 400 degrees about 45 minutes in uncovered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Casserole should be lightly browned.
