MUSHROOM SQUARES 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
2 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise, or salad dressing
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary leaves
Dash of salt
6 slices white bread
Soft butter

Mix mushrooms, bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, rosemary, and salt. Heat oven to 400. Trim crusts from bread, butter lightly and cut each slice into 4 squares. Place squares buttered side down on a cookie sheet. Spoon small amount of mushroom filling onto each square. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. Makes 2 dozen.
