CLAM CASSEROLE 
1 (15 oz.) can Snow's Clam Chowder
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
8 crumbled pilot crackers
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. butter
Milk

Mix chowder, clams and crackers in casserole dish. Cover with milk. Stir in beaten eggs. Dot the top with butter. This dish can be easily doubled.
