HOMEMADE NOODLES 
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour (or enough to make dough stiff)

Combine beaten egg, salt, milk, and add flour to make stiff dough. Roll thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes. Roll up loosely, slice 1/4 inch wide, unroll, spread out and let dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling water or soup and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
