HOMEMADE NOODLES 
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. + 2 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs until foamy. Add salt and flour, blending well. Divide into 2 parts. Roll each part into thin strips. Cut into small pieces and let dry. Cook in broth until tender. Can use chicken, turkey or beef broth. Add meat, if desired.
