SOUR CREAM-SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Stir together cooked spinach, sour cream and soup mix. Spoon into shallow buttered baking dish. Top with mixture of crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot and light brown. Yield: 8-10 servings.
