SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. thin spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. stewed tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cook spaghetti and drain. Add eggs and Parmesan cheese. Form into a "crust" in a 10 inch buttered pie pan. Brown meat and drain. Add onion, stewed tomatoes, sugar, oregano and garlic salt and heat.

Put cottage cheese onto spaghetti crust. Cover with meat-tomato mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Mozzarella and bake an additional 5 minutes. (This does very well made up the night before - refrigerate, don't bake until time to serve.)
