CHEESY BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. parsley
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 pkgs. crushed crescents
3 eggs
6 slices sharp cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown beef and onions (drain). Add all ingredients. Stir; set aside.

Unroll one package rolls. Place all dough together, forming 12x6 inch rectangle. Seal edges and place in 12 inch square. Place into 9 inch pie plate; trim.

Separate one egg (set aside). Beat egg white. Spread half over dough. Spoon meat into shell. Arrange cheese atop. Remaining egg mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes. (Makes 6 servings.)
