OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. shortening
3 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients. Pour in baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Set in refrigerator overnight. Bake for breakfast following day, 350 degrees, 30 to 45 minutes.
