CORN MUFFINS 
1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients together. Whisk egg, oil and milk together. Quickly stir milk mixture into dry ingredients. Pour into 12 paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
