PUMPKIN CHIP MUFFINS 
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 400°F for 16 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

Makes about 24 standard-size muffins.
