POTATOES DELUXE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. diced onions, cooked in butter
1 lb. sour cream (16 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1-2 lb. bag frozen Ore Ida hash browns

Break up potatoes into pieces. Do not thaw all the way. Mix in large bowl all ingredients. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
