MASHED POTATOES DELUXE | |
8-10 med. potatoes, peeled 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1 stick butter, softened 1 c. scalded milk Cook potatoes in salted water until soft; drain. Add other 4 ingredients and mash. Pour into buttered casserole. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Can also be prepared and then frozen for later use. |
