FRIED NEW POTATOES 
4 slices bacon
1 lb. new potatoes, cleaned, boiled and peeled
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside, reserving drippings in skillet. Cook potatoes in drippings 10 minutes or until browned; turn frequently. Drain. Place potatoes in serving dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper and crumbled bacon.
