BROWNIE PIE 
3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
3/4 c. chocolate ice box cookie crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and salt with electric beater on high; gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in crumbs, nuts, and vanilla. Bake in buttered 9 inch pie pan at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly; top with whipped cream and chill 3 hours or more. Decorate with curls of chocolate or chocolate crumbs.
