FATHER FRANK'S® CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 sm. onion, diced
1 stick, butter, softened
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 - 2 egg, slightly beaten
1 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Fresh parsley

Combine crab meat, onion, butter, mayonnaise and egg(s). Roll in cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and parsley. Make into patties and fry in oil or broil.
