DIABETIC COOKIES 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. all bran buds
1/2 c. sugar substitute or 1 tbsp. Sweet 10 which equals 1/2 cup

Blend all ingredients and drop by teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 36 cookies, 75 calories each, 1 fat and 1/2 bread exchange.
