SCANDINAVIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. grated potatoes
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. clove
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small meatballs and drop into boiling water or soup broth. Boil for 10 minutes or until done. Make gravy from broth after cooking meatballs.
