PINEAPPLE - COCONUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple

Mix these ingredients well. Pour in greased and floured oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 sm. can cream
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar (brown may be used)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and cook over medium heat 2 minutes. After coming to boil, add 1 can coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour over cake as soon as you take from oven. Poke holes in cake so icing can drizzle down in.
