CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked and shredded or cubed
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can diced mild green chilies
1/2 c. diced tomato, optional
6 corn tortillas, cut up into bite size pieces
1 c. cheese (jack or cheddar)

Arrange all ingredients in layers in casserole dish, ending with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
