CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped chicken
3 c. crushed corn chips
2 cans cream soup (chicken, celery, mushroom)
2 cans water
1 c. grated cheese
Sweet or hot peppers (optional)
1 c. onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Layer ingredients in 9 x 11 inch baking dish in this order: soup, chips, chicken and other ingredients. Top with grated cheese. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes.

Microwave cooking: 10 minutes on high. Cover with Saran or wax paper. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
