WANDA SUE HOLLAND'S BROCCOLI AND
CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli, thaw and drain
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. cauliflower, thaw and drain
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. can Pet milk
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

In a 3 quart casserole dish, layer the broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, and salt and pepper. Make 2 layers of the above. Mix soup, milk, and butter; pour over the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
