TUNA RICE SKILLET 
2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) tuna in oil
1 med. apple, pared & chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. minute rice

Drain oil from tuna into skillet, heat oil and add apple and onion. Cook 10 minutes. Add water, soup and salt. Stir to blend; then add rice. Pile tuna in center of skillet. Bring mixture to boil, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
