TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 lb. tortellini
1 c. each broccoli, carrots & celery
1/2 c. Italian dressing, low calorie
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook tortellini according to package instructions with the addition of 2 teaspoons instant bouillon to the boiling water. Remove with slotted spoon. In same boiling water cook vegetables for about 4 minutes. Rinse with cold water. In small bowl; mix Italian dressing, cheese and seasoning. Mix tortellini and vegetables. Pour Italian dressing mix over tortellini and vegetables. Toss lightly and chill.
