TOMATO BEEF HOT DISH 
8 oz. pkg. noodles or more
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato puree (optional)
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. or more green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. melted butter

Boil noodles, brown beef in 1 tablespoon butter, stir in tomatoes. Remove from heat. Butter casserole. Combine and use 1/2 noodles, butter, cheese, noodles, cheese. Pat on tomato and beef. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, then 250 degrees to keep warm.
