1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour, not cake flour
Rind of 1 orange, ground
Raisins to taste, ground

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Take out of oven and pour over cake: 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup orange juice, mixed.
