GREEN BEAN CHEDDAR DISH 
1 1/2 bags frozen French cut green beans
1 onion, diced
1/2 cube butter
1 lg. c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. sliced almonds

Cook beans, cool, drain and set aside. Cook onion in butter. Add mushrooms, undiluted soup, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, pepper and cheese. Cook until melted. Put 1/2 beans in 2 quart casserole. Add 1/2 cheese mixture, rest of beans, rest of mixture. Top with almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
