IMPOSSIBLE SEAFOOD PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat or shrimp, thawed and drained or 1 (6 1/2 oz.)
can tuna, drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix seafood, cheeses, onions, and pimento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
