LINGUINE AND CLAM SAUCE 
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained (save juice)
1/2 c. dry white wine
3/4 c. clam juice
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
3/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Linguine
Grated Parmesan cheese

Gently saute garlic in oil until golden. Add drained clams and saute for 3 minutes. Add wine, clam juice, spices. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add parsley last 3 minutes.

Cook linguine according to package directions. Pour clam sauce over linguine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
