LINGUINE & CLAM SAUCE 
3 cans chopped or diced clams
1 whole bulb of garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. sherry cooking wine or white wine
1 lb. linguine
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. olive oil

Saute chopped garlic in olive oil until brown. Add oregano, cooking wine and clams. Simmer for 15 minutes as you cook linguine. Spoon mixture over linguine. Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. You can't have too much garlic or money.
