TWINKI CAKE 
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. water
Chocolate or yellow cake mix

Combine ingredients. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured cake pan. Remove from pan. Cool. Split cake with a thread.

FILLING:

1 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat flour and milk and cook on low until thick; cool. Cream shortening and butter; beat 5 minutes more. Add sugar and salt, beat 5 minutes. Add flour and milk mixture and beat 10 minutes. Add vanilla. Assemble cake.
