HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. red wine
4 potatoes, peeled & cut into lg. cubes
4 carrots, sliced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. can chopped tomatoes in puree
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. can corn, drained
1 frozen pkg. Italian green beans
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder

(Should you wish to add extra vegetables, do so. The more the merrier! Cubed eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.)

Brown beef and drain. Add all ingredients to large saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer for approximately 3 hours. If thickening is required, mix together 1/2 cup milk and 1 heaping teaspoon cornstarch, slowly add to simmering mixture while stirring.
