TURTLE CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix (German chocolate is great!)
1 bag Kraft caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.)
1 stick butter

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Put half of the mix in a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While cake is baking, melt caramels, butter and condensed milk in double boiler.

When cake comes out of oven, pour caramel mixture over cake. Sprinkle nuts over caramel mixture. Pour remaining cake mixture over top and bake 20-30 minutes more. Enjoy! Best when eaten warm (or the next day). Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
