ZUCCHINI WITH ROSEMARY 
1 clove garlic, sliced thin
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 zucchini, sliced
1 tsp. fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
Salt and pepper

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add zucchini. Shake the pan to coat with oil. Add rosemary; cover and simmer until barely tender, about 6 minutes.
