CALIFORNIA VEGETABLE SUPREME 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. California-blend frozen vegetables
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. butter
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Prepare vegetables according to package and drain well. Combine eggs, milk, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Using 1 teaspoon butter, grease sides and bottom of 9 inch square pan. Pour vegetables evenly into pan. Pour egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
