VEGETABLE BROCCOLI SUPREME 
2 c. shredded cheese (yellow preferred)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. chopped onion
3 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
Italian bread crumbs
Butter

Thaw broccoli; drain water. Put in casserole dish. Mix together mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheese, and onion on bowl. After mixing, spoon into casserole dish and mix with broccoli. Mix well and even. Dot with butter and bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
