MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 slices white bread in sm. pieces
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 to 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
2 to 3 dashes hot sauce
Salt and pepper

Mix together until well blended. Add more mayonnaise, if too dry. Form into patties. Dust lightly with flour. Pan fry on both sides until golden brown.
