CHICKEN SUPREME 
Chicken breasts, skinned and deboned (allow one whole breast for one serving). Chipped beef (enough to cover bottom of casserole dish twice). Sauce (cream of mushroom soup, no water, and sour cream. Mix together. Use your own judgment as to amount of chicken you have. Bacon, uncooked and paprika.

Grease bottom and sides of casserole dish. Layer chipped beef on bottom of dish, two thicknesses. Wrap each piece of chicken with one piece of bacon. Put chicken in dish.

Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake uncovered for 3 hours at 275 degrees. Put dish in middle of oven. Trick to this recipe is slow cooking. Do not hurry cooking time.

Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Does not need salt and pepper. Very good.
