GREEN CHILE BURRITO 
1 to 2 lbs. beef roast
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. salsa
1 or 2 tbsp. minced green chiles
1 c. broth of beef roast
Pkg. of lg. flour tortillas

Boil beef roast until tender and shred meat. Heat oil; add flour and brown flour slightly. Add salsa and broth. Simmer until thickened; add beef and simmer for 10 minutes or longer. Add meat to flour tortilla and roll into burrito.
