MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion

Brown the beef with onions. Drain.

Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 jar mild enchilada sauce, 1 pkg taco sauce mix and 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese.

Pour over tortilla chips and serve with a side dish of sour cream. Garnish with sprigs of cilantro.
